Construction Experience Experience with painting and drywall and clean up Valid Drivers' License Celtic Homes is looking for someone who has a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Someone who goes to work on a regular basis.

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks Paint interior and exterior surfaces Repair or replace damaged drywall or flooring Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
Proven experience as a maintenance person or similar role Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
